I just experienced that greatest miracle of my lawschool career – a snow storm that gave me a week off from school. Although I should have been doing school work, instead, I spent much of my time catching up on rest and doing some good b-i-b-l-e studies. I would have never imagined all the wonderful truths that are laid out, plain, in the bible. I am now starting to understand what true faith is all about. It is not about blinding following an idea or a promise without any proof. On the contrary, true faith is believing in promises BECAUSE of the proof and past experiences of promises fulfilled. But faith is a two-way street: you do what you are told, and you reap the reward. And with God, it works EVERY TIME.

Tonight is my last night to enjoy this “winter break” – tomorrow I return to school. I still have a lot of work to do.
