I’m super duper excited about today. Why you ask…because I will be going to see MIGHTY MOS DEF today. While looking for the specifics regarding the venue, I learned the Jay Electronica will be performing as well. I am ashamed to say that I know NOTHING about his music, other than the press that other people tell me. So I thought that it would be a good idea to check out his ish before the show.

I sick and tired of this shit – “everybody has got it going on…yeah right, YEAH RIGHT!” Small time celebrities, fake smile, facebook friends, paying to be a Very Important Person, “tweets” about unimportant life happenings, over-priced fabric, fake hair, and we love it – we live for this. And we go to church to hear the paster tell us that “God wants us to be prosperous, have nice things, live on easy street…” COMEON PEOPLE!
